Micraa is a micro-services marketplace where users can buy and sell small digital services (“Taskbits”). We act as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Payments

Buyers pay for services upfront. Sellers receive payment after successful completion of the service. Micraa charges sellers a 10% commission on each completed order, so sellers keep 90%.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraud, illegal services, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Micraa may intervene and make final decisions to resolve issues fairly.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or harm the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Micraa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
